DMCA Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on F1 Race Today infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA Takedown Notice. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed from F1 Race Today due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may send us a DMCA Counter-Notification. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following information:
- Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which F1 Race Today may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).
