DMCA Policy

F1 Race Today is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notification to F1 Race Today and explains our procedures for handling such notices, as well as counter-notifications.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on F1 Race Today infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA Takedown Notice. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and sufficient information to permit us to locate the material on F1 Race Today (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific page(s) where the material is found).
  3. Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed from F1 Race Today due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may send us a DMCA Counter-Notification. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following information:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which F1 Race Today may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).
